Door Locks

To enter the house, always use your personal 4-digit code to enter via the keypad on either the front door or back door. If you can't see the keypad (because it's too dark, press the Schlage logo to illuminate the keypad, and then enter your code). If you accidentally type a number that is not part of your code, click the Schlage logo to reset your entry, and try again.
- The door will never lock behind you. Once inside the house, you must engage the deadbolt from the inside in order to lock it.
To lock the house from the outside, close the door and push the Schlage logo. You will hear the door lock.
To re-enter the house, use your personal 4-digit code.

Safety

In case of an emergency, call 911 and tell the dispatcher that you are located at 40 NW Pinecrest Ct, Bend, OR 97703.
Fire extinguishers can be found under the kitchen sink, the laundry sink, and in the coat closet by the front door.
There’s a First Aid Kit in the laundry room.

Damage/Problems

We understand that accidents happen. We do ask that you please let us know when they do. Chances are we can fix them as effortlessly as possible which also means better chances of having your full security deposit returned.
To unclog a toilet, please use the plungers that are in the bathrooms.
