Departure Instructions

To ensure that you get your safety deposit back, please follow our checkout procedures:

  • Timing: Please check out by 11:00AM.
     

  • Garbage: Deposit all garbage/recycling from the kitchen and all bathrooms into the bins on the side of the house. The small blue bin is only for glass.
     

  • Backyard: 

    • Umbrella: Ensure that it is closed. 

    • BBQ: Clean the grill with the brush, dispose of used drip tray/pan, replace it with a new clean drip tray/pan (from under the kitchen stove), and ensure the cover is on. 

    • Water gear: All SUPs, paddles, lifejackets, and tubes should be returned to the garage. If necessary, please hose off SUPs and tubes so they aren't dirty for the next group.
       

  • Kitchen: Do not leave any dirty dishes. Please start the dishwasher. 
     

  • Laundry: Please load and start both washing machines with sheets/towels. Please do NOT mix colors and whites and do not overload the washers.
     

  • Garage Openers: Leave both (2) garage door openers on the kitchen counter. A $100 fee will be charged for each garage opener if not returned at time of checkout.
